Since 1852, the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in York has been a witness to God’s grace and love. Following the teachings and example of Jesus – the Good Shepherd – we seek to joyfully and faithfully serve God, one another, and our neighbors.

We invite you to join us, in-person or virtually, for worship in the rich traditions of the Episcopal Church, where reverence is offered with accessibility and warmth:

 

• Reverence inspired by The Book of Common Prayer and a vibrant musical ministry.

• Accessibility for those of varied ages and abilities and those new to the Episcopal Church. 

• Warmth in the embrace of each individual as we share joys, sorrows, concerns and thanksgivings.

This is a challenging and complicated world. Our commitments extend beyond worship. In ministry and outreach, we live out our responsibility to  the greater community and welcome all—of every age, race, creed, or circumstance—to join us in sharing the love of the Good Shepherd.
