Question: What does Epiphany represent?

Traditionally it was thought to represent the arrival of the Three Wise Men at the manger to worship the newborn Christ. In some settings the Wise Men are thought to be one European, one African, and one Asian to represent that all need Christ. In other settings they are represented as a young man, a middleaged man, and a old man representing that all ages and stages of life need Christ.
